Chasity Hobby

Director, Color Guard & Winter Guard
Chasity is a Halls High School alumni and has directed the color guard since 2015. She has performed with Paramount World (2021) and Southeast Independent (2013-2015). She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and currently works at Knoxville Utilities Board as an environmental stewardship analyst.

Dustin Del Moro

Dustin Del Moro currently resides in Knoxville, Tennessee and is a graduate of Halls High School. Dustin studied interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in Music and English at East Tennessee State University. While at ETSU, Dustin played in many ensembles including the ETSU Wind Ensemble, ETSU Jazz Band, and the ETSU Trumpet Ensemble. Dustin spent five years marching lead trumpet for Carolina Crown Drum & Bugle Corps (2005-09). In the fall of 2005, Dustin was a member of the University of Tennessee Pride of the Southland Marching Band. Dustin was also a member of the 2010 WGI Percussion Independent World Class Finalist Redline Percussion from Canton, Michigan. Dustin has taught movement at world class ensembles including Carolina Crown, Madison Scouts, The Colts, The Crossmen and The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps. When not on the road with drum corps, Dustin is a full-time designer, consultant, choreographer and drill writer for marching bands, winter guards and indoor percussion ensembles. These groups include the WGI Percussion Scholastic Open Class Finalist Halls Indoor Percussion Ensemble, the Independent World Class Finalist Palmetto Percussion and is currently on the design team for the WGI Independent World Class Ensemble Audio Theater. Dustin is thrilled to be joining a group of amazing educators at Spirit of Atlanta.
